Before Shipment
Orders can be canceled or products replaced at any time (contact customer service for assistance).
After Shipment
Orders cannot be canceled, but our customer service team can assist (e.g., intercepting shipments or processing returns upon delivery).


Return Policy
I. Return Timeframe
Product issues must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date shown on tracking information. Late reports will be deemed satisfactory with no quality issues.

II. Return Process

1.Contact Customer Service: Submit a return request via online customer service with:

●Email Address
●Shipping Address
●Order Number
●Order Date
●Delivery Date
●Product Photos (must include):
    ▶Mailing label on packaging (showing tracking number)
    ▶Clear front/back/side and interior photos of the product
2.Review Confirmation: Customer service will verify the issue and notify you of results within 1-3 business days.
3.Return Shipment: If approved, return the product following instructions (original packaging must be intact).


III. Important Notes

Shipping Costs:

  ▶Quality issues: Covered by us. 
  ▶Non-quality issues (e.g., wrong order/personal preference): Covered by customer.
Refund Timeline: Refunds issued via original payment method within 3-10 business days after confirming returned items.

Non-Returnable Cases
  1.Exceeding the 7-day reporting period. 
  2.Human damage, signs of use, or missing accessories.
